MECHANICAL SERVICES MANAGER
NORTHAMPTON BRANCH

Responsible for the day-to-day estimating of the Mechanical Services Department & existing contracts. To liaise with existing clients & the ability to obtain new custom & work to deadlines. Qualifications/experience required in mechanical estimating, comprehensive technical knowledge of commercial domestic installations, knowledge of the building & mechanical service industry is essential. Microsoft Office/CAD skills, HNC or equivalent in building services is desirable. Candidates must hold a full current UK driving licence & a valid CSCS card is advantageous.
