Overview
Bishopstoke Park is a high-quality retirement village operated by Anchor, providing premium accommodation and facilities for residents in Eastleigh, Southampton. Princebuild was appointed to undertake specialist remediation cleaning in the ceiling void following a fire incident, together with a programme of refurbishment works across multiple areas of the development. The works were delivered within a live, operational village and required close coordination with Anchor staff to limit disruption to residents.
Scope of Work
• Remediation cleaning in ceiling void affected by fire
• Refurbishment of two residential flats
• Refurbishment in the reception area
• Refurbishment to snooker room and rear office
• Refurbishment and refresh of the café/shop
• Liaison and planning with Anchor staff to ensure minimal disruption in a live environment

The cafe now benefits from a refreshed and modernised look, while the reception, office spaces and residential flats have been reinstated to their original high standard.
