Project Overview
This project involved a full refurbishment of all access areas within Building 332, delivered over three distinct phases. The objective was to modernise the building, improve accessibility, and enhance the quality of internal spaces for tenants and visitors. The refurbishment combined functional upgrades with high-quality finishes, creating a more welcoming and contemporary environment.
Scope of Works:
Phase 1
- Removal of the old kitchenette
- Replacement of the old disabled toilets with new compliant facilities
- New suspended ceilings
- New LED lighting
- Full redecoration of the area
- Installation of new carpets
Phase 2
This was the largest phase, consisting of many individual project elements and focused on significant upgrades to the building:
- New entrance refurbishment
- Installation of new front doors
- Creation of new meeting rooms
- New staircase and balustrade
- Removal of existing stair treads and replacement with new solid oak treads
- Installation of glass balustrades and brushed steel handrails
- Removal of old internal planters
- New carpets for the upper floor
- New vinyl flooring and entrance matting to front entrance
- Full redecoration throughout
- Installation of new LED lighting
- Installation of a new tea point to the vacant suite
Phase 3
- Refurbishment of the rear staircase to match the standard and design of the new entrance
