Princebuild successfully delivered a full store refurbishment and complete HVAC and refrigeration replacement for this high-profile retail client during a full store closure.
Delivered within a highly compressed programme to minimise lost trading time, the project was completed within one of the UK’s busiest National Rail stations, requiring careful planning and close coordination throughout.
Strict Network Rail procedures, limited overnight delivery and waste collection windows, and a short-duration hot works period for the mechanical replacement works presented significant logistical challenges.
