Overview:
Princebuild was commissioned to refurbish Willowtree House care home, enhancing its safety, functionality, and appearance while the building remained occupied. The works were carefully managed to minimise disruption to residents and staff.
Scope of Work:
- Overhaul, repair, and replacement of roof materials as required, including the removal and replacement of a corrugated asbestos roof.
- External decoration and reinstatement of original colour schemes.
- Structural and fabric repairs throughout the building.
- Full window replacement with external making good and decoration reinstated.
Summary:
The project successfully restored and safeguarded Willowtree House, improving both its safety and presentation. Works were completed efficiently and safely on a live site, with minimal disruption.
