Princebuild is celebrating an outstanding achievement after winning two awards at the Peterborough Business Awards 2025 on Thursday 20 November at the Holiday Inn West. The event brought together some of the most committed and innovative organisations in the region, making this recognition even more special.

In the Business in the Community category, we were up against last year’s winners, Fitness Rush, and the brilliant Spencers Hair Salon. Both are exceptional businesses doing fantastic work locally, which made winning this award a real honour for our team.

We were also thrilled to win Large Business of the Year, competing alongside two highly respected organisations, Inspire Education Group and Taylor Rose. Being recognised among such strong contenders highlights the strength, resilience and continuous progression of Princebuild.

Winning one award is a significant achievement, but to win two in one night is something our whole company is incredibly proud of. These awards reflect the commitment of every single employee and the positive impact created by our core values: Building, Sharing, Caring. They guide everything we do, from delivering high-quality projects and sharing our successes with our employees to supporting our local communities.

Matthew Pudney, CEO, said – We’re delighted to have been successful in both categories of the awards we applied for this year. Our success is testament to all the hard work our teams produce every day. We have supported the Peterborough Telegraph Awards for many years now and truly value the professionalism of the process and independent judging format, and we strongly encourage other local businesses to get involved.

A huge thank you to the judges, our employees, partners, clients and communities for their ongoing support. This double win marks another milestone in our journey, and we’re excited for what comes next.

Onwards and upwards for 2026.
