The renewal, awarded in August 2024, highlights the progress we’ve made across various areas, including leadership trust, community involvement, and employee development. Our latest survey results are our strongest to date, with high scores reflecting the trust, support, and commitment that our team members experience. We’re particularly proud of the 94% of employees who trust our leadership and the 92% who feel Princebuild is a great place to work.
