Princebuild was proud to attend the Considerate Constructors Scheme National Site Awards in Manchester last month, where our retail team was recognised with a Bronze Award for the successful delivery of the Waitrose & Partners Pontprennau project.

Held annually, the awards celebrate construction sites, companies and teams that have demonstrated exceptional commitment to raising standards across the industry. The Considerate Constructors Scheme is an independent, not-for-profit organisation established to improve the image of construction by encouraging best practice beyond statutory requirements. It assesses sites against key areas including respect for the community, care for the environment and valuing the workforce.

The National Site Awards are regarded as one of the industry’s most respected accolades, recognising projects that go above and beyond to deliver excellence while maintaining the highest standards of consideration, professionalism and responsibility.

Representatives from Princebuild attended the event in Manchester to support the team and celebrate what was a fantastic achievement. Receiving a Bronze Award for the Pontprennau scheme is testament to the hard work, dedication and collaborative approach shown throughout the project.

It was an honour to attend the ceremony and stand alongside so many organisations committed to driving positive change within the construction sector. Events such as these highlight the importance of continually raising standards and recognising the people who make this possible.

This award reflects Princebuild’s ongoing commitment to delivering projects that not only meet client expectations but also positively impact local communities, prioritise environmental responsibility and create safe, supportive working environments for everyone involved.

Congratulations to everyone involved in the delivery of the Waitrose & Partners Pontprennau project on this well-deserved recognition.
