Princebuild colleagues gave their time to support the local soup kitchen once again, as CEO Matthew Pudney, Group Brand & Marketing Manager Carly Dadge, Director Mark Asplin and Sarah Asplin volunteered at the charity’s new location on Dickens Street, Peterborough.

The visit marked their final time volunteering with the soup kitchen in 2025 and highlighted Princebuild’s ongoing commitment to giving back to the local community. The team prepare the food and serve the food, spend time with guests and support the volunteers who work tirelessly to provide a safe, welcoming space for those in need.

The soup kitchen’s move to Dickens Street has provided a new base from which it can continue its vital work, and the Princebuild team were pleased to visit the new location and see first-hand the positive impact it is already having.

Speaking after the visit, the team said it is always a privilege to be involved with the soup kitchen and something they try to support as often as possible. Volunteering offers a meaningful way to give back to the community and to support an organisation that plays such an important role in Peterborough.

Princebuild remains committed to supporting local causes and community initiatives, with volunteering forming a key part of the company’s wider social value and community engagement efforts.
