Princebuild was proud to be involved in this year’s CvC Cambridge Construction Industry Rugby & Hockey Match Day, an event that brought together professionals from across the construction sector for an afternoon and evening of sport, networking and fundraising in support of LandAid.
The event provided a fantastic opportunity for members of the construction industry to come together outside of the workplace, strengthen connections, and support an important cause. LandAid continues to carry out incredible work across the UK, helping to end youth homelessness by funding life-changing accommodation projects for young people.
Representing Princebuild on the day was Director Thomas Duerden, who took to the field as part of the rugby fixture. A few of the Princebuild team also attended to show their support and enjoy what proved to be a brilliant event for the industry.
Whilst unfortunately Tom’s team narrowly missed out on the win, and he also picked up an injury during the match, the evening was a great success and a real testament to the strength of the construction community coming together to support such a worthwhile cause.
Princebuild is proud to support events like this that not only encourage collaboration across the industry but also make a meaningful difference through charitable fundraising.
We would like to thank the organisers for putting together such a fantastic event.
