Thirteen Princebuild and Princeenergy employees attended the day long course and all thirteen are now fully qualified Construction Ambassadors.
This brings the total number of employees within the company who hold this qualification to 16!
Construction Ambassadors are designated to inspire new entrants into the industry, whether that’s by leading site visits, attending careers fairs or by mentoring somebody considering a career in construction.
Princebuild is passionate about raising awareness of the opportunities available within the industry. These newly qualified ambassadors share this passion and by gaining this qualification they will be able to reach out to new entrants and help them to discover the career options available.
Princebuild work closely with the South Lincolnshire Group Training Association and many local schools and colleges to promote the construction industry as a career for life.
