Princebuild’s CEO Matthew Pudney and Group Brand & Marketing Manager Carly Dadge recently attended an inspiring event hosted by The Peterborough House Project, reaffirming the company’s commitment to supporting young people within the local community.

The evening brought together care leavers and a range of professionals, creating a space for meaningful conversations, networking and encouragement. It was a powerful reminder that success is not just built on qualifications, but on the relationships and support networks that help shape the future.

Reflecting on the event, Carly Dadge shared her immense pride in the young people involved, describing them as “resilient, inspiring and truly impressive.” She added that seeing them confidently engage in one-to-one conversations with experienced professionals was a highlight of the evening.

For Matthew and Carly, the event reinforced just how important it is for care leavers to have access to opportunities that connect them with people who will support, guide and champion them. The evening showcased the strength of the local business community, with many professionals keen to give their time and encouragement to help break down barriers and open doors.

Princebuild is incredibly proud to support The Peterborough House Project and the vital work it delivers. The charity plays a crucial role in helping young people transition into independent living, equipping them with the skills, confidence and connections needed to thrive.

The event strongly reflected Princebuild’s core values, supporting communities, building meaningful relationships and making a positive difference beyond construction. It also left a lasting impression on both Matthew and Carly, who were inspired by the determination and potential of the young people they met.

Continuing this support, Princebuild will be raising funds for The Peterborough House Project at its upcoming fundraising dinner at the end of the month. The business is calling on fellow companies and partners to get involved, whether through sponsorship or by donating prizes for the event auction.
