Princebuild has been out in the community once again, sharing some Easter kindness with local charities and organisations that make a real difference every day.
Group Brand & Marketing Manager Carly Dadge spent time in Peterborough delivering Easter eggs to those who need them most. One of the first stops was The Soup Kitchen, Peterborough, where Carly met with Dave, a dedicated volunteer who helps keep the vital service running. The Soup Kitchen is a volunteer-led charity providing hot food and essential support to people experiencing homelessness and food poverty across the city. Operating seven days a week from its mobile unit in the city centre, the team serves not only meals, but also compassion, dignity and a sense of community to hundreds of people each month.
Carly also visited the Peterborough House Project, delivering Easter eggs to the current cohort of young people supported by the initiative. The project plays a crucial role in helping care leavers take their first steps into independent living, offering tailored support, mentoring and access to safe, stable housing. With a strong focus on empowerment, education and building confidence, the House Project equips young people with the tools they need to thrive as they transition into adulthood.
Meanwhile, at Princebuild’s Coventry office, Executive Manager Ian Tysall joined in the Easter efforts by donating eggs through Property Partners to Coventry Women’s Aid. The organisation provides life-saving support to women and children experiencing domestic abuse, offering safe refuge accommodation, outreach services and specialist support to help individuals rebuild their lives free from harm. Their work is essential in creating safer futures for families across the region.
These efforts reflect Princebuild’s ongoing commitment to giving back to the communities it serves. Whether supporting those facing hardship, empowering young people, or helping vulnerable individuals find safety and stability, the team continues to look for meaningful ways to make a positive impact.
This Easter initiative is just one example of how Princebuild and its people go beyond construction, putting community at the heart of everything they do.
