Michael joined Princebuild ten years ago as a Trainee Manager after completing his Architectural degree. From day one, he demonstrated a strong understanding of construction and a natural ability to bring together design and practical delivery.
His commitment, technical knowledge and positive approach saw him quickly progress to Assistant Project Manager in 2016. It wasn’t long before Michael proved he had the skills, confidence and professionalism to successfully manage projects in his own right, leading to his promotion to Project Manager.
Over the past decade, Michael has successfully delivered a wide range of complex and challenging projects, consistently maintaining the high standards our clients expect. Alongside his project work, he has also played an important role in supporting and mentoring colleagues, helping to develop talent within the team and strengthen the department.
In recognition of his hard work, leadership and continued contribution to the business, Michael was promoted to Senior Project Manager. In this role, he leads a team of Project Managers, providing guidance, technical expertise and support across a variety of projects.
Today, Michael remains a key member of the Princebuild team and is regularly trusted to lead some of our most complex schemes. His expertise in design coordination, project management and problem-solving continues to make a real difference to both our business and our clients.
