Earlier this month, Investors in People visited our head office in Peterborough to present the results of our latest annual staff satisfaction survey. The session was attended by CEO Matthew Pudney, Director Jon Pudney, Group Brand and Marketing Manager Carly Dagde, and HR Support Manager Cheryl Browne.

The results clearly demonstrate the positive influence our core values Building, Sharing and Caring have had on our people since they were introduced. Feedback shows a strong alignment between colleagues and our values, with high levels of understanding, shared belief and confidence to challenge behaviours that do not reflect them. Our teams consistently reported that these values now guide the way we work day-to-day, shaping behaviour, decision-making and collaboration across the business.

The survey highlights a culture built on trust, respect and shared responsibility. Colleagues feel encouraged to use initiative, trusted to make decisions in their roles, and proud that their behaviour reflects what Princebuild stands for. There is also a strong sense of pride in the positive impact we have on society, reinforcing the importance of our values led approach.

While the results have identified clear areas for continued improvement, the overall feedback confirms that Building, Sharing and Caring are having a meaningful and lasting impact on engagement, culture and performance. These insights will continue to guide how we support our people, develop our leaders and strengthen Princebuild as we work towards achieving Investors in People Silver accreditation.
