Earlier this month, we were delighted to host our very first Children’s Christmas Party for staff and their families at the Peterborough United (POSH) ground, and it proved to be a fantastic afternoon for everyone involved.
The event welcomed over 30 children, who were treated to a fun-filled programme of festive activities. The afternoon included Christmas crafts, magical entertainment from Jason Fenn, and special appearances from our much-loved mascot Peeby alongside Peter Burrows. The celebrations were perfectly rounded off with an exciting visit to see Santa (who was very kindly played by Director Mark Asplin… shh, don’t tell the children!).
The party was a great opportunity to give something back to our staff and recognise the importance of family time, especially during the festive season. Bringing colleagues and their families together in this way reflects our commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
We were also proud to raise £250 for Little Miracles through kind donations received on the day, helping to support the incredible work they do for families across our community.
Thank you to everyone who attended, supported, and helped make our first Children’s Christmas Party such a success. We look forward to making it a festive tradition in years to come.
