Retail Team Enjoy Successful Team Building Challenge at Escape Peterborough
At Princebuild, we recognise the importance of team building and the positive impact it has on communication, collaboration and morale across our departments.
As part of their ongoing commitment to working together effectively, members of our Retail Department recently enjoyed a team building day at Escape Peterborough.
Putting their problem-solving skills, teamwork and determination to the test, the team worked together to tackle a series of puzzles and challenges within the escape room. Through great communication and plenty of teamwork, they successfully completed the challenge and managed to escape before time ran out.
The event provided an excellent opportunity for colleagues to step away from their day-to-day roles, strengthen working relationships and enjoy some well-earned fun together.
Team building activities play an important role in helping our teams develop stronger connections, improve collaboration and create a positive working environment. Judging by the smiles on everyone’s faces, the Retail Team’s visit to Escape Peterborough was a great success.
