At Princebuild, strong relationships and open communication are at the heart of everything we do, reflecting our core values of building, sharing and caring. As part of this ongoing commitment, our Group Brand & Marketing Manager, Carly Dadge, and HR Support Manager, Cheryl Brown, have been visiting teams across our branch network, most recently spending time with colleagues in Coventry.
With branches located in Peterborough, Gosberton, Northampton, Cambridge, Coventry and London, our teams vary in size at each branch. These regular visits provide a valuable opportunity to connect with colleagues face-to-face, gain insight into each location, and ensure that every team feels supported and aligned with the wider business.
The initiative forms part of a wider effort to maintain strong internal relationships and encourage open lines of communication across all areas of the company. Carly and Cheryl are aiming to visit at least one branch each month, often more, ensuring consistent engagement across the business.
These visits not only strengthen connections but also allow for the sharing of ideas, feedback and best practices, helping to drive the business forward together, while continuing to build strong relationships, share knowledge and show care for our people.
