Princebuild has reflected on its most successful attendance to date at the UKREiiF in Leeds, with Business Development Manager Andrew Richman joining three directors for a busy and highly productive three days at the event.
Directors Tom Duerden, Edward Duerden and Andrew Richardson attended alongside Andrew Richman, representing Princebuild at what was Princebuild’s second year at UKREiiF, and by their own account, the most valuable yet.
The event brought together more than 16,000 property and infrastructure professionals, all focused on driving investment, regeneration and collaboration across the UK’s built environment sector. The atmosphere across both the Royal Armouries site and the wider city fringe events was described as positive, energetic and full of meaningful engagement.
The team reported a packed schedule of meetings, including catch-ups with existing clients and consultants, alongside introductions to a wide range of new industry contacts.
Speaking after the event, Andrew Richman highlighted how encouraging it was to see continued optimism within the sector, with many conversations pointing towards strong pipelines of work and confidence in future market activity.
The visit provided valuable insight, strengthened existing relationships and created new connections that will support Princebuild’s ongoing growth across the commercial and public sector construction markets.
With another successful year at UKREiiF completed, the team agreed that 2026 has set a new benchmark for engagement, collaboration and opportunity within the industry.
