Following on from the successful delivery of an initial two year contract, building services division, Princeenergy, has been awarded a further three year contract to carry out water compliance inspections for Anglian Water.

The new contract starts on 1st of October 2015 and will be run by a team of five water regulation inspectors, two dedicated administrators, one contract supervisor and one manager. The team expect to carry out 16,000 inspections during the three year period.

The inspections will be carried out on industrial and commercial premises across the Anglian Water region, assessing the premises for compliance with current water regulations in order to protect the public water supply from contamination, misuse, waste, undue consumption and incorrect measurement, and to identify risks to water quality.

Jim Manning, Associate Director of Princeenergy commented “The contract award is testament to the hard work of the Water Services Team over the past two years. The team have endeavoured to exceed expectations and have developed innovative systems and working practices which are now the benchmark for the industry.

“We are looking forward to continuing the relationship with Anglian Water over the term of the new contract, and helping them continue to deliver the high standards their customers expect”
