An update to the company’s bespoke computer package has been launched during February providing great enhancements to what was already a market leading construction and maintenance software package.

The update includes several user friendly enhancements designed to centralise all of the information relating to a job and now also boasts a client access portal enabling clients to review and report on the status of their orders in real time. E-mail alerts and full integration with the company’s lead management software has also been implemented as part of the update, providing a far more efficient way of sharing information and reducing duplication both internally and externally.

One of the most significant advances has been the launch of an asset register that allows an infinite number of assets to be recorded against a property, providing the ability to offer a full facilities management database to clients along with the easy retrieval of information for each and every property on the system. This enhancement, amongst many other benefits, will further improve the level of first time fix being achieved.

Matthew Pudney, Director of IT and Communications said “We’re really pleased to get the latest version of Contract Manager live and the efficiencies gained have been immediately apparent. As a company we are dedicated to continuously improving the efficiency of our work and we have listened to the needs of our employees and customers when developing these important updates. As usual the IT team have done a great job in delivering a user friendly package.”

Training for the new enhancements has been provided to more than 90 employees within the company and further updates to the software are already under way with the next updates going live later in the year.
