We are pleased to announce that Princebuild has been successfully appointed to several new Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS) and Framework Contracts, further strengthening our ability to support clients across a wide range of works and sectors.
Princebuild is now an approved supplier on the Pagabo Small Works DPS. This system allows suppliers to join at any time by completing a qualification questionnaire and, once approved, projects are competitively tendered between those who meet the specific criteria for each package of works. These include Building (General), Roofing Works and Mechanical Works.
We have also been successfully appointed to the YPO DPS for Building Envelope Services (880). This DPS supports public sector organisations with a wide range of external works, including roofing, cladding, glazing, façade improvements and associated repair and refurbishment works. The framework provides a compliant and flexible route to market, helping clients procure specialist building envelope services efficiently and transparently.
In addition, Princebuild has been appointed to the NHS LPP Works and Maintenance Dynamic Purchasing Systems and has also secured a place on the London Construction Programme (LCP). The LCP is a well-established public sector framework designed to provide compliant, high-quality construction and refurbishment solutions for local authorities, housing associations and other public sector organisations.
Being part of these systems reflects the strength of our processes, experience and compliance standards, and gives clients confidence in our ability to deliver quality projects in a fair, transparent and competitive way.
These appointments create further opportunities for Princebuild to continue supporting public and private sector clients, while reinforcing our commitment to high standards, value for money and reliable delivery.
