Princebuild is delighted that the recently completed guest services lounge at centre:mk has been shortlisted in the Refresh+ category at the REVO Gold Awards.
The awards celebrate the very best of development, investment and asset management in the retail property and place making sector. The category the project has been shortlisted in is aimed at owners, investors, developers and asset managers looking to showcase examples of active investment into an existing retail and/or leisure destination.
The project, which was completed in June, created a world-class guest services lounge at centre:mk, providing a luxurious space for shoppers to enjoy and take advantage of new VIP services within the centre.
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony held at Grosvenor House Hotel, London in December where 1,000 of the most influential and inspirational players from across the sector will help to decide this year’s winners.
