Princebuild Ltd were very pleased to work with King’s Lynn West Norfolk Council on the creation of two new properties in Burnham Market.
The luxury semi-detached bungalows have been designed to enhance the local area and where possible to reduce both running costs and carbon foot print.
The bungalows are built and finished to a high standard, with bespoke oak porches adding a finishing touch to the exterior appearance, whilst engineered oak flooring and modern fixtures and fittings ensure an equally stylish finish on the interior too.

The new build properties don’t just look good though, air source heat pumps and triple glazed windows have been incorporated to ensure the buildings also possess enviable green credentials. The driveways have been also designed with the environment in mind, featuring permeable paving to contribute towards sustainable urban design. In addition all sewage treatment tanks feature an on-site cleaning facility which means the bungalows do not rely on mains drains.
Value engineering principals were applied throughout the build and as a result the drainage layout was redesigned. This not only reduced the cost to the customer it also removed the need for working in deep excavations improving on site safety.
The project provided two new quality properties which will now be sold by the council and also helped to forge a strong working relationship between Princebuild and King’s Lynn West Norfolk Council.
