During July 2012, Princebuild became the top performing contractor in the Midlands for repairNet, Crawford’s fully managed and integrated service for insurance professionals.
Karl Porch, Executive Manager of Princebuild’s Small Works Department commented that he was delighted that the company had become the top performing company in the Midlands and that overall Princebuild had achieved fourth place nationally out of a total of 73 contractors.
The measure of a contractor’s performance is based on achieving strict service level agreements that monitor the turnaround time of estimates, completion of projects on time and customer satisfaction to name but a few.
Karl continued to state that although this is a great achievement for the company, further steps are being taken to continue the development of the Small Works Department which in turn will see further improvements in the service that we provide to our clients.
