Princebuild held an awards ceremony at the Peterborough Marriott hotel to launch their new long service awards scheme and to celebrate the dedication of the many long serving staff members.

The afternoon took attendees on a trip down memory lane, looking back on the events that have shaped the company from its inception in 1971, right up to present day.

All staff with over ten years’ service were invited to attend the event and were presented with company branded pins and a financial bonus for 10, 15, 20 and 25 years’ service to the company.

Overall 47 staff were presented with awards, including a special long service award for company co-founder Stuart Pudney who has served the company for a total of 45 years.

Stuart was presented with a watch by retired associate director Laurie Mould who also dedicated the majority of his career to Princebuild Ltd.

Matthew Pudney, Princebuild Director, commented “We have many members of staff who have been with us for a long time and we wanted to find a way to show our appreciation for their hard work and loyalty over the years.

These long servIng members of staff are invaluable to the on-going success of our business and we hope that in recognising their efforts we will also inspire other members of staff to follow in their footsteps.”

The awards will now be presented to staff on a quarterly basis as and when the milestones are reached.
