Mall Area: Complete strip-out of the existing mall ceiling and lighting, replaced with a meticulously designed modern ceiling and lighting concept.
Toilet Facilities: Full strip-out of existing toilets, followed by the installation of new, modern facilities catering to male, female, baby, and disabled users.
Entrance Area: Creation of a new entrance featuring bespoke lighting and seating designs, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal.
Scope of Work:
The mall area's ceiling was meticulously designed, presenting a unique challenge during installation due to the existing structure not running parallel. Precise adjustments were made multiple times to ensure both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
New mechanical installations were introduced to enhance the efficiency of WC services, including energy-saving PIR lighting.
