Princebuild is proud to have undertaken the transformation of Chauffeurs Cottage in Peterborough, delivering a high-quality refurbishment within a tight three-week timeframe. This project was undertaken to provide a new home for The House Project and The Youth Justice System, ensuring they have a modern, efficient, and functional space to support young people in the community.
Scope of Work
The project encompassed a full electrical upgrade and interior refurbishment, including:
- Installation of all-new LED lighting to enhance energy efficiency and reduce long-term running costs.
- Supply and installation of brand-new white goods to ensure a fully equipped and operational space.
- Full redecoration in all rooms back to white walls, following the previous tenants being artists and painting all the walls black.
- Completion of all necessary electrical work to meet current safety and operational standards.
