Purpose
The Green Card is designed to celebrate and acknowledge those who go above and beyond the call of duty. It’s not just about doing one’s job, but for those exceptional contributions that make a significant difference. This recognition aims to promote a positive experience and highlight the extraordinary efforts.

Nomination Criteria
The Green Card should be awarded to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional effort, creativity, or dedication beyond their required duties.
The person nominating must provide a detailed account of why the nominee deserves the green card. This description will be used throughout the entire nomination process.

Nomination Process
Any person, whether a Princebuild employee or external person, can nominate or be nominated for a Green Card.
The nominator must write exactly what the nominee is being nominated for. This wording will be used during the review and announcement stages.
When the Green Card winner is announced, a list of all nominees along with their nomination descriptions will be shared. This ensures that every exceptional effort is recognised, not just the winner.
