Working alongside our commercial interiors team, a complete office refurbishment of Mortimer House in Lavender Hill, Clapham was undertaken on behalf of the landlord.
The work was undertaken across two levels and covered the refurbishment of four offices, the stairwell and reception area as well as the replacement of windows and new signage externally.

Strip out of existing office space, included specialist removal of asbestos located below the vinyl tilesFull redecoration and tiling to WC’s/reception area and installation of eco-friendly wall cork tiles
Installation of grey karndean flooring, eco-friendly cork tiles and terrazzo vinyl across the project
Installation of new aluminium windows throughout including window sills
Installation of new kitchen spaces in all four offices and new islands within two of the office areas
Installation of new crittal effect glazed meeting rooms within two offices
Design and installation of new timber cladding to reception area wall (full fire protected)
Installation of new perimeter skirting trunking within all offices, new electrical heaters throughout, new lighting throughout including feature pendant lights and WC lighting
