Clifton Court provides self-contained office suites located in a convenient location adjacent to Cambridge Leisure Park.
Princebuild were awarded the project to complete a full refurbishment of three floors of the building, allowing the suites to be let to new tenants.
The work commenced with a strip out of the dated fixtures and welfare areas across all three floors of the building. Work then progressed to upgrade the mechanical and electrical elements including all new lighting and emergency lighting fitted throughout along with a modern AC system to each suite.
New welfare facilities were fitted including the installation of new WCs to each floor and the fitting of new drink making facilities for each suite.
Each suite was then completed with new ceilings and floor finishes throughout as well as new doors and full redecorations.
To complete the makeover the communal stairwell was also updated with a full redecoration, new ceilings and flooring.
On the completion of the project the landlord was able to successfully re-let the office suites to new tenants.
