(med)24 is a London-based, private membership health service that offers a more flexible, holistic approach to healthcare.
The new London clinic is a state of the art facility inspired by the interiors of a health spa or five-star hotel, rather than a laboratory.
Princebuild took on the project to convert an open plan space into a Care Quality Commission approved, high-end medical facility which features eight consulting and treatment rooms, an admin area, conference room, concierge space and utility areas.
The project continued throughout both the November and January national lock downs and throughout the project the design evolved to suit the changing needs of the client.
Works included creating a new entrance into the building, along with structural alterations and a full mechanical and electrical fit out which were Contractors Design portions.
All wall, floor and ceiling finishes were fitted and the new facility was decorated throughout. Bespoke fitted furniture completed the high-end fit out.
