The circa 120,000 sq ft warehouse situated on Chiltern Park Industrial Estate, Dunstable was originally constructed in 1992, and then extended in 1998. It sits on a self-contained site of almost six acres in size and includes office space and a covered loading area.
Princebuild completed a full schedule of refurbishment and dilapidation works to bring the property back up to current standards and to enable the landlords to re-let it to new tenants.
The work included fitting out the offices, installing new toilet facilities and kitchenette, decorating and installing a new heating system.

In the warehouse area the roof lights were replaced and a Giromax seal was applied to all roof panels. The area was finished with a Flowcrete paint applied to the floor to give a hardwearing finish.
Adaptations and upgrades were completed to all mechanical and electrical elements, including energy efficient heating and hot water systems and daylight compensation lighting.
External groundworks repairs were also undertaken to complete the refurbishment of the site.

The project was completed successfully despite tight timescales which were made even tighter by adverse winter weather. The refurbished unit is now a bright, fresh and modern environment ready to be re-let to new tenants.
