Princebuild Director Mark Asplin will be travelling to Ukraine next month alongside members of the Helping Our Ukrainian Friends (HOUF) team to deliver much-needed aid and support to communities affected by the ongoing conflict. The trip will involve purchasing two 4×4 vehicles and personally driving them into Ukraine to assist those in need.

The journey will begin with a flight to Bucharest, followed by an overnight stay before setting off towards the Ukrainian border. The team plans to cross into Ukraine and travel to Kyiv, stopping along the way to meet with contacts and supporters who have been instrumental in HOUF’s relief efforts.

During their time in Kyiv, Mark and the team will connect with several charities, including Cross Charity and People to People, as well as visit some people who have been directly impacted by the war. This will provide an opportunity to see firsthand the positive effects of previous aid efforts and assess ongoing needs.

This visit reinforces Princebuild’s commitment to supporting humanitarian efforts and highlights the ongoing work of Helping Our Ukrainian Friends in delivering aid and essential resources to those in need.
