We are proud to celebrate Carl Mallett’s 25th anniversary with the company this October, recognising not only his exceptional contributions but also his inspiring career progression. Carl’s journey is a testament to how we support our employees in discovering and developing their unique skills, helping them steer their career path to align with their true passions and strengths.
Carl joined Princebuild in October 1999 as a general labourer, taking on a range of responsibilities at the Northampton branch. From the beginning, he demonstrated a keen adaptability and commitment to excellence, stepping into various roles that allowed him to explore different areas of the company’s operations. Over the years, Carl took on roles in contract management, estimating, and surveying, each time delivering outstanding results that led him to become Office Manager of the Northampton branch. However, Carl’s true passion lay in IT, and following a major company restructure in 2013, he seized the opportunity to transition into the IT and Communications team.
As we expanded, relying increasingly on digital solutions to drive efficiency and innovation, Carl immersed himself in IT, continuously growing his skills and becoming a vital asset to the team. Today, he serves as the IT and Communications Manager (Development and Support), playing an important role in maintaining and advancing the company’s IT infrastructure.
We thank him for his dedication and look forward to many more years of success together.
