Princebuild is proud to announce that Kendal Thompson, Trainee Building Services Quantity Surveyor, has been named a finalist in the Peterborough Apprenticeship Awards 2025.
Since joining us in April 2022, Kendal has gone from strength to strength, establishing a clear career path in a vital and often under-represented area of the business. His dedication, intelligence, and thoughtfulness, combined with a great sense of humour, have made him a popular and respected member of the team.
Kendal has shown exceptional commitment not only to his own development but also to the growth and success of Princebuild. He has collaborated with multiple departments across a variety of projects, consistently demonstrating strong financial awareness, the ability to manage timelines, and impressive adaptability to the diverse range of work we deliver.
Managing a significant workload alongside his studies, Kendal approaches every challenge with humility and without complaint, qualities that speak volumes about his character and work ethic.
