Princebuild’s Managers, Project Managers, and future leaders have been completing a bespoke two-day management course designed to enhance their leadership and interpersonal skills.
The course, delivered by Jonathan Gilbert on behalf of Elite Training European Ltd, focused on self-awareness, effective communication, and leadership strategies. This training is part of Princebuild’s ongoing commitment to the professional development of its team.
Since last year, Jonathan Gilbert has successfully put six groups of our managers through this training, empowering them with the tools and insights to foster positive changes in their work environments and beyond.
