Princebuild helps create half-term fun at Little Miracles

Following a break-in earlier in the year and with some facilities still out of use due to the damage caused the staff at Little Miracles were keen to provide something special over half term.

With the theme of ‘Express Yourself’ the team had some great ideas to provide a truly memorable half-term for the children and families they support.

However with the centre relying on charity funding, they were finding it hard to  cater for all of their ideas without some additional support. After helping with the Children in Need project to establish the centre several years ago Princebuild were happy to step in and assist with some much needed funding. This enabled the centre to provide an artificial ice rink for the day for all of the children to enjoy, it even came complete with a snow machine!

Little Miracles is a charity which supports families that have children with additional needs, disabilities and life limiting conditions.  They provide these children with a place to play, laugh and create friendships, and their families are able to access the advice, support and care that they deserve.

Rowan Booth, Marketing Manager for Princebuild visited the centre and said “It was the first time I had visited Little Miracles and I was really impressed with the facilities they have there, although saddened to see the damage caused during the break-in and the impact that is having on the care they provide.

“It was great that we were able to help the staff provide an enjoyable and different day for all those that rely on the centre and to be made so welcome by everyone too.”

Princebuild will also be fund raising for Little Miracles at their annual Christmas Dinner Dance.
