Princeenergy, a division of Princebuild Limited, is expanding its range of solutions by combining its Renewables offering with the Building Services Divisions.

Our Director Mark Asplin, commented “since creating our renewables division in 2011 we have had great success by marketing our services under the banner of Princeenergy. However, we have acknowledged that existing and potential clients are not so aware of our company’s full range of services in this sector and the Building Services division that we have operated since the inception of our business in 1971. Therefore, the amalgamation of the two company divisions under the one group heading of Princeenergy was the obvious business decision to make.”

The Building Services Department, which will now form part of Princeenergy, specialises in plumbing, electrical, mechanical and air-conditioning services, from consultancy to installation and on-going maintenance, using a team of more than fifty qualified staff and engineers.

Mark Asplin continued to say “This area of our company has seen significant growth over the last three years and we would like to see this growth continue by increasing the awareness of the one-stop service that we provide. We take much pride in our extensive range of services that can be matched by very few companies.”

The newly expanded Princeenergy is set to create opportunities for new employment and career progression, and testament to this is the promotion of Jim Manning to Associate Director for Princeenergy. Mr Manning, who has worked for our company for more than twenty years will become responsible for leading Princeenergy to achieve new growth and to continue to establish itself as a market leader within the local and wider business communities.

Mr Manning commented “The amalgamation of the divisions and the greater awareness of the services that Princeenergy provides will assist us in our plans for year on year growth. This in turn will allow us to continue to provide new employment and apprenticeship opportunities for local people. Princebuild has always been committed to providing training opportunities and a first class customer service, Princeenergy’s philosophy is exactly the same”.

Looking to the future Mr Asplin said “Even through the recession we have managed to increase business volumes, and this is due to the commitment and professional approach of our Building Services team, so naturally we have confidence in continuing our growth in the future”.

“Our company is large enough to provide a first class service, but still small enough to appreciate the values of each and every customer we serve. Whether it’s because of our professional, friendly approach or because our clients know we have the right tools to get the job done, our customers return to us time and time again.”
