Our involvement with the communities we work in is something we are very proud of, so we were delighted to be asked to speak about the benefits of it at the Peterborough Corporate Social Responsibility Conference.

The event was organised by Zoe Phillips, the founder of As and When, and was attended by over 80 local businesses, all keen to learn more about what CSR could do for their business.

Director Matthew Pudney delivered the presentation, which included details on how and why we get involved in CSR and what benefits it brings to us, our staff and the wider community.

Also speaking at the event was specialist CSR HR Consultant Karen Williams who provided an insight into the link between CSR and staff retention and Zoe Phillips who launched her new community venture As and When.
