Following a recent assessment by the Investors in People, Princebuild are delighted to have retained the We Invest in People Standard Accreditation.
Having being accredited with Investors in People since 2011, retaining the status is a very important to both us and our employees.
We received some excellent feedback from the assessor which is great to hear after the last 18 months which have presented many new and unexpected challenges.
The assessment provides a great opportunity for us to listen to feedback from employees and we have learned a lot from what staff have told us.
We are now looking to the future and for other opportunities where we can continue to move forward and keep improving.
