Paul Baker joined Princebuild in 1998 and has progressed through the business over more than 25 years of service.
He now serves as Chief Operating Officer for Princebuild’s Group of businesses, overseeing Construction, Princeinteriors and Princeenergy, and playing a key role in the delivery of complex projects across multiple sectors including retail, new build, CAT A&B Fit out, healthcare and defence.
Paul has been instrumental in establishing and growing key parts of the business, including Princeinteriors and Princeenergy, supporting Princebuild’s expansion into specialist service areas.
His leadership focuses on collaboration, operational performance and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships.
