Princebuild were delighted to attend the launch of the new Posh home kit at the Serpentine Green Shopping Centre and enjoyed giving Posh fans the chance to win some great prizes whilst raising money for a great cause.
To help make the launch a really special event for fans this year The Posh went all out for a catwalk style unveiling of the new home kit. Sponsors were invited to take part in a short Q&A session about their involvement with the club and there were competitions and activities for all ages on offer.
Princebuild ran their own Tombola during the event raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support and giving fans the chance to win some great prizes from the club shop, as well as a star prize of Club 75 tickets for a game of the winners choice. The tombola raised over £350 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
The kit launch not only saw the unveiling of the brand new home kit for the coming season but it was also the first outing for Princebuild’s very own mascot, Peeby, who had great fun handing out balloons to children, doing a bit of posing with his mate Peter Burrow and generally having a great day out!
Princebuild Director Matthew Pudney, commented “It was great to be part of the kit launch day and to give the Posh fans the chance to win some fantastic prizes whilst raising funds for Macmillan. Having Peeby at the launch was a total success and very much enjoyed by the children, we look forward to him becoming a familiar face at The Posh over the coming season.
“We all really enjoyed our day with The Posh and wish them all the best for the start of the new season.”
